We use a multi-method approach to recruitment and selection in QuickLogic, incorporating telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews and on-line organizational/behavioral questionnaires. Interviews are typically one –one- one and would last from 45 minutes to an hour. Initial interview is usually held over phone if you are not a local resident. Once the phone interview is cleared, we invite you to our office to meet with the team over the course of the day. We not only explore your technical skills, and domain knowledge, but also assess your leadership, and interpersonal strengths. We follow behavioral interviewing process, and like to explore in depth, your performance in different situations.
