E. Thomas Hart, Chairman and CEO (Download image)
E. Thomas Hart has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors since June 1994, and as our Chairman since 2001. Prior to joining QuickLogic, Mr. Hart was Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Networks Division at National Semiconductor Corporation, a semiconductor manufacturing company, where he worked from September 1992 to June 1994. Prior to joining National Semiconductor, Mr. Hart was a private consultant from February 1986 to September 1992 with Hart Weston International, a technology-based management consulting firm. Prior experience includes senior level management responsibilities in semiconductor operations, engineering, sales and marketing with several companies including Motorola, Inc., an electronics provider, and National Semiconductor. Mr. Hart holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Washington.
Andrew J. Pease, President (Download image)
Andrew J. Pease joined QuickLogic in November 2006 serving as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He was promoted to President on March 30, 2009. Prior to joining QuickLogic, Mr. Pease was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for three years at Broadcom Corporation, a global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications. Prior to that, he held the same title at Syntricity Incorporated, Vantis Corporation and Integrated Systems Incorporated. He has also held various sales and operations roles at Advanced Micro Devices and Data Trak. Mr. Pease holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey and a Bachelor's degree in Operational Analysis from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Ajith Dasari, VP Worldwide Engineering (Download image)
Ajith Dasari joined QuickLogic in July 2002 and served as VP of Worldwide Engineering since 2006, Senior Director of Engineering since 2005 and Director of Software Development since 2002. Prior to joining QuickLogic Mr. Dasari served in several product development positions from 1994 to 2002, most recently as the senior software manager in the Programmable System Level Integration group at Atmel Corporation, an advanced semiconductor manufacturing company. Prior experience includes a position in software development at Analogy,a developer of mixed signal simulation tools. Ajith holds a B.S.E.E. degree in electronics and communication from Nagarjuna University in India.
Frank G. Ellis, VP Worldwide Sales (Download image)
Frank G. Ellis joined QuickLogic in May 2009 as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Ellis was in charge of Sales in North America at Alereon Inc., a Wireless USB startup. Prior to joining Alereon Inc., Mr. Ellis was VP of Worldwide Sales at Quellan Inc. Prior experience includes positions in VP of Worldwide Sales, Product Manager and Business Development at Bandspeed Incorporated, Trinity Technologies Inc. and RF Micro Devices. Mr. Ellis holds a B.S.E.E.T. degree in Engineering Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Brian C. Faith, VP Worldwide Marketing (Download image)
Brian Faith joined QuickLogic in June of 1996 and is our Vice President of Solutions Marketing. From 2001 through 2006, Mr. Faith served in various marketing positions including, most recently, Senior Director of Marketing. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Faith was an Engineering Program Manager, and from 1999 through 2000 he served in a Field Application Engineering role. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Faith held various Customer Application Engineering roles, including Customer Application Engineering Manager. Mr. Faith is currently the Chairperson of the Marketing Committee for the CE-ATA Organization. He holds a B.S.C.E. degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and also served as Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University for Programmable Logic courses.
Ralph S. Marimon, VP Finance and CFO (Download image)
Ralph S. Marimon was appointed as our Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in November 2008. Prior to joining QuickLogic, Mr. Marimon was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Anchor Bay Technologies, Inc., a VC-funded fabless semiconductor company, where he worked from 2006 to 2008. From 1982 to 2006, Mr. Marimon held several positions, most recently Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Tymphany Corporation, a provider of innovative audio transducers. Prior experience includes senior level management and finance positions at Scientific Technologies, Inc., Com 21 Corporation, KLA-Tencor Corporation, Ungermann Bass Corporation, Finnigan Corporation and National Semiconductor Corporation. Mr. Marimon holds a master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Catriona Meney, VP Human Resources and Development (Download image)
Catriona Meney joined QuickLogic in September 2003 and has served as Vice President, Human Resources & Development since 2006. Before her role as VP, she was QuickLogic's Director, International Human Resources in 2004 and the Senior Human Resource Manager in 2003. Prior to joining QuickLogic, Ms. Meney worked internationally for Ocular Sciences Inc., a global contact lens manufacturer, as their Vice President, Human Resources in 2002. Ms. Meney also held senior positions at Standard Life Assurance Company, and was a Technical Training Manager at SUN Microsystems BV. Catriona is a graduate of Glasgow University, Scotland, holding an M.A (Hons) in medieval and Scottish history.
Timothy Saxe, CTO (Download image)
Timothy Saxe joined QuickLogic in May 2001 and is a CTO and Senior Engineering Executive since 2006, and served as our Vice President, Engineering since November 2001. From November 2000 to February 2001, Mr. Saxe was Vice President of FLASH Engineering at Actel Corporation, a semiconductor manufacturing company. Mr. Saxe joined GateField Corporation, a design verification tools and services company formerly known as Zycad, in June 1983 and was founder of their semiconductor manufacturing division in 1993. Mr. Saxe became GateField's Chief Executive Officer in February 1999 and served in that capacity until GateField was acquired by Actel in November 2000. Mr. Saxe holds a B.S.E.E. degree from North Caroline State University, and an M.S.E.E. degree and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
