QuickRAM®
The QuickRAM family of FPGAs offers a unique combination of RAM features that are ideal for designs with extremely high-performance RAM, ROM and FIFO requirements. QuickRAM devices embed up to 25,344 bits of SRAM in an array of configurable logic, enabling RAM and ROM functions to run at speeds over 200 MHz and FIFOs to run at speeds of over 160 MHz.
pASIC® 3
QuickLogic's pASIC 3 Family of FPGAs range from 5,000 to 75,000 system gates. Members of the pASIC 3 Family feature 3.3 V operation with 5.0 V I/O compatibility, and are available in commercial, industrial and military temperature grades.
