Due to an oversight, we neglected to mention the Form S-3 filing on August 14, 2025 during our conference call two days prior.  The previous Form S-3, filed on August 17, 2022, became effective August 26, 2022 and expires on its three-year anniversary.  The filing on August 14, 2025 was to maintain a current Form S-3 filing, which has been a long time practice for QuickLogic.
