Finally, though QuickLogic does not sell your personal information for money, some state privacy laws define the terms ‘sell’ or ‘share’ broadly and require us to disclose those use cases. 9.3 Rights for U.S. Residents (California, Virginia, and other states)
Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California, Virginia, and Colorado) have specific rights, including:

Submission Limits & Requirements: Unless otherwise mandated by your state’s laws, you may submit each type of consumer request up to two times within a 12-month period. To process your request, you must:
- Provide Sufficient Information: We must be able to reasonably verify that you are the individual to whom personal information relates or your duly authorized representative.
- Specify the Request Type: Clearly state whether you wish to access, correct, or delete your personal information so we can properly evaluate and respond.
Identity Verification Process: We cannot fulfill requests if we are unable to verify your identity or authority as an authorized agent. Personal information provided for verification will be used solely for that purpose and retained only as necessary.
Response Timelines & Delivery: We endeavor to respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) business days. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you in writing of the reason and the additional time required.
Delivery Options: You may choose to receive our response via mail or email.
Fees: While most requests are processed free of charge, QuickLogic reserves the right to charge a fee for requests that are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If a fee is warranted, we will provide a written explanation and a cost estimate before proceeding.

11. Privacy Rights of Minors
You must be at least 18 years of age to contract for our services. Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to minors under 18 years of age. As a result, QuickLogic does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from minors less than 18 years of age.

13. Do Not Track
Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. Our normal tracking activities on our website do not currently change the way they operate based upon detection of a “Do Not Track” or similar signal.
14. California Shine the Light
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from us once per calendar year regarding the customer information we share with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. 15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
QuickLogic reserves the right to amend this Notice at our discretion and at any time. When updates are made, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on our website and update the “Last Edited” date accordingly.
